Shipping Charges

Within Pakistan: We offer free shipping for prepaid orders nationwide.

International Orders: Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and destination and will be displayed at checkout.

Processing Time: Orders are processed in 2 business days. During sales or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. If there's any delay, we'll let you know right away. In such cases, processing may take up to 5–6 working days.

Note: All invoices and payment receipts are issued under ELUNA FASHION LOUNGE (PRIVATE) LIMITED.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking details.

Note: Your order may occasionally arrive in more than one package from different locations. This does not add any extra shipping cost.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are generally delivered within the estimated timeframe mentioned on the respective product page. While most deliveries are completed within the expected schedule, occasional delays may occur due to adverse weather, flight schedules, customs clearance, political disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. If there is any delay with your order, we will proactively notify you via email and keep you updated throughout the process.

Which courier delivers my order?

Our choice of courier depends on your location and the nature of your order. Once your parcel leaves our facility, we'll send you an email with all the courier details, so you can follow along every step of the way.

What if I'm unavailable at the time of delivery?

Not to worry, these things happen. Our courier partner will get in touch to arrange another attempt. You're also welcome to contact them directly with your tracking number to arrange a time that works better for you.

Who is responsible for customs duties and taxes?

International orders may be subject to taxes, fees, surcharges, and duties, if applicable. These are based on several factors, including your location, the item's material, and its value, and can vary widely from one country to another.

As these charges are set by local customs authorities, they sit outside our control and are difficult for us to predict in advance. If your order happens to incur any customs charges, we kindly ask that you take care of these so your parcel can make its way to you without any hold-ups.
