Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

General Policy

  • All orders are final, and non-refundable, but you can exchange in an event where an incorrect item has been mailed to you. We can only exchange the purchased items subject to product and size availability.
  • Any exchange/returns should be brought to our notice with two days of the receipt.
  • Any claims made afterwards would not be honored.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Exchanges are processed at the current selling price.
  • Sale and promotional items are eligible for size exchange only and cannot be exchanged for another article or refunded.

In-Store Purchases

Exchanges can be made within 5 days of purchase by presenting the original receipt at our Basit Sipra store:

The product must meet the general exchange conditions listed above.

Online Purchases

You may request an exchange within 05 days of delivery through either of the following options.

Exchange In-Store

Bring the product along with the original invoice to our Basit Sipra store. The product must meet the general exchange conditions listed above.

Return via Courier

  • Contact Customer Support with your order number and reason for exchange.
  • Our team will provide return instructions or arrange a return pickup where applicable.
  • Pack the item securely with all original tags, labels, and packaging.
  • Once the item is received and inspected, your exchange will be processed and dispatched.

Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following circumstances:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The product does not match the item ordered.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and sent back in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Items that have been worn, altered, washed, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original tags and packaging are not eligible for return.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective:

  • Report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
  • Basit Sipra will cover the return shipping cost.
  • A replacement, exchange, or another appropriate resolution will be offered, subject to stock availability.

Refunds

Refunds are only considered for approved returns involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items, where a replacement or exchange is not available.

  • Refunds are not issued in cash.
  • Where applicable, eligible refunds will be processed as store credit or a bank reversal to the original payment method at the original invoice value.
  • Once the returned item has been received and approved, refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and other applicable fees are non-refundable.

Refund requests will not be approved if:

  • The product has been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • The item is returned without its original tags, labels, or packaging.
  • The return request does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
  • The return is requested for reasons other than receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they have been processed.

  • Once an order has entered processing, cancellation requests may not be possible.
  • If cancellation is approved after processing has begun, applicable payment processing or administrative charges may be deducted from the refund.
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and will instead be handled in accordance with this Exchange, Return & Refund Policy.

Basit Sipra reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment verification issues, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be notified, and any eligible payment will be refunded.

  • All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Product images may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and natural variations in fabric, embroidery, or finishing.
  • Basit Sipra reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
