Returns and Exchange Policy

At Basit Sipra, we are committed to providing you with the best experience while buying your favorite designer outfits. Despite the efforts to keep customers satisfied, you might need to return the product in case of some circumstances beyond your control. Listed below are our order Returns, Exchange, and Cancellation policy so you do not face any problems while canceling or returning your order.

Returns Policy

You can request a return for any item purchased from Basit Sipra within 5 days of the delivery date for an easy exchange and return option. Initiate a return request with your order number. Our customer support team will assist you in the process and provide you with the necessary instructions.

The following criteria apply if you want to return:

  • Return only if the item received is faulty or if the item is not the one specified in the information provided.

  • If the item purchased was at a discount and it is not the order that you placed, then you are entitled to a refund.

  • Used, worn, laundered, modified, or damaged items are not accepted.

  • Return your items in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Refunds

Once your request for return has been granted, an email will be sent to you detailing how you can return your item.

Your refund will take 7 to 14 business days after we receive your returned product. Refunds are issued back to the initial form of payment. The shipping cost is non-refundable.

We Will Not Give Refunds If:

  • Your shipping address is not correct.

  • You have partially used the product and wish to return it.

  • The purchased item is already dispatched and in transit.

  • You fail to adhere to the return policy.

In case the customer made double payments for one order, one amount will be refunded to the source in 20 business days.

 

Exchanges

Do you need to exchange your outfit for a different size and color? Our team will be glad to help you choose an appropriate one. Simply write to us at order.basitsipra@gmail.com  or WhatsApp +92 332 6115142, and we will tell you how you can do that.

For International Customer

We also deliver to our global customers. The return period is extended to 15 business days in order to include transportation time. Please remember the following criteria:

  • The shipping cost, tax, and duty will be the responsibility of the buyer and are not refundable on returns.

  • We do not pay return shipping charges, tax, or duty for international orders.

  • Items returned beyond 20 days after shipment will result in a late charge of 20%.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order at no charge up to 24 hours before your order is processed. 

Cancelled after 24 hours of processing: A 6% cancellation fee applies, and you’ll receive a monetary refund.

If already shipped, the order is treated as a standard return under our return policy.
